The owner/operator of the Firebird shall read and comply with the continued airworthiness information and instructions provided in this chapter.
The owner/operator of the Firebird shall be responsible for providing the manufacturer with current contact information which the manufacturer may send the owner/operator supplemental notification bulletins.
The owner/operator of the Firebird shall be responsible for notifying the manufacturer of any safety off-flight issue or significant service difficulty upon discovery.
The owner/operator of the Firebird shall be responsible for complying with all manufacturer-issued notices of corrective action and safety directives, and all applicable CAA regulations for maintaining the airworthiness of the aircraft.
The owner of Firebird shall ensure that all mandatory corrective actions are completed and submitted as specified in the notice of corrective action template document provided on the website through the user portal ().
The owner of the Firebird shall ensure that, if received, any safety directive be completed and submitted as stated in the safety directive document provided to the owner.
The owner/operator of the Firebird will be notified by email whenever a document is updated which is obtainable on the website through the user portal () and shall be responsible for utilizing the latest version of any Firebird documentation, which most importantly contains the latest safety of flight information.
The owner/operator of the aircraft performing field-level or preventative maintenance must be qualified to do the work (through training or reading service instructions) and use the tools and procedures indicated by the manufacturer.
Should an owner/operator not comply with any mandatory service, that Firebird unit shall be considered not in compliance with the applicable ASTM International standards and may be subject to regulatory action by the presiding aviation authority.
